Kaldorn is operated by Unified Workforce Systems LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using Kaldorn you agree to these terms.
Access
Kaldorn is private. Access is given by invitation, one account at a time. Keep your sign-in to yourself. We may suspend or remove access at any time, including to protect the service or other users.
Your shop is your responsibility
Kaldorn provides information and tools. Decisions about what to sell, what to list, what to spend, and how to comply with TikTok Shop's policies and the law are yours. Figures Kaldorn shows — fees, timings, estimates of demand — can be wrong or out of date. Kaldorn marks the figures it could not confirm at their source, but check anything before relying on it.
Acceptable use
Do not try to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
No warranty
Kaldorn is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Kaldorn, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Kaldorn in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes, law and contact
